Party is an app for real nights with real people: find house parties near you, host your own, and get everyone through the door with a QR ticket.

Who is behind Party

Party is built and run in Switzerland by Leo Sommerhalder as a sole proprietorship in Rothrist. Party’s data is stored in Zurich. All details are in the legal notice.

Why Party exists

The best nights often happen at someone’s place. Party makes hosting one simple without giving up privacy: one link instead of a group chat full of addresses, a guest list the host controls, and a ticket that works at the door.

Where the events come from

House parties and other events are created on Party by the people who host them. Concerts, club nights and festivals come from ticket providers such as Eventfrog through their official interface; Party links to where they are booked and sells no tickets for them.

How hosts and venues are checked

Everyone confirms their date of birth when they sign up: Party is for adults. Hosts who charge for entry are verified by Stripe, which checks their identity and bank account. Clubs, venues and collectives can apply for a verified badge, and a person at Party reviews every application. Reports are reviewed by a person, too. Safety at Party · Age policy

How Party earns money

Finding parties and hosting free ones costs nothing. When a host charges for entry, Party keeps a small fee per ticket. Party shows no advertising and contains no tracking software.
